1. The service

GU Tuning Websites designs, builds and launches websites for businesses in the vehicle tuning industry based on one of our published designs and the information you provide in your application.

2. Your content

You confirm you have permission to use any logos, photographs, trademarks, testimonials or other material you supply, and that the information supplied is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving business information, services and pricing before the website goes live.

3. Lawful services

Services must only be advertised and supplied where permitted by applicable law and for their appropriate intended use. We may decline to publish wording we believe is unlawful or misleading.

4. Payment

The build fee is payable when you place your order. Work starts once payment is received. Optional extras are charged as shown at checkout.

5. Revisions & launch

You will receive a preview to review. We include reasonable changes to the content and styling of your chosen design before launch.

6. Ownership

On full payment, your content and domain remain yours.
